Battery Replacement Service

Audio Sanctuary offer an in-house battery replacement service for your Chord Hugo (UK customers only).

Please make sure to enter the serial number of your Hugo, so we can check we have the correct unit before changing the battery for you.

Shipping

Please note that your Hugo will need to be shipped to us, then shipped back to you afterwards.

Shipping your Hugo to us must be arranged and paid for by you - we advise using Tracked & Signed, or a Courier service for this purpose. Return shipping may be added at checkout in the usual way - please choose your required delivery method from the list of shipping options.

Alternatively you may bring your Hugo into our showroom and collect it again once the replacement has been carried out. Please choose "Collect In-Store" when choosing your shipping options at checkout. Please note this is not a while-you-wait service - we will inform you once your Hugo is ready for collection.
