I order replacements pads for my Sennheiser HD485 headphones, arrived really quickly. Unfortunately it turned out I'd ordered the wrong ones, D'oh! Custom cable replaced the pads with the correct ones (which were more expensive) and didn't charge me any extra. I'll definitely be back.

Ordered an extension cable for a Stax headphone. No problems, fast delivery, everything was perfect. And the best is, that this Stax-Stuff costs about 1/3 less from the price here in germany :)

I ordered a replacement head band on Sunday, delivered on Tuesday. Custom Cable also detected and corrected an error I had made. Great service

Foam earpads ordered yesterday and arrived today - beat that for prompt service! I will definitely use Custom Cable again.

Supplied difficult to obtain Sennheiser replacement foam earpads to Australia cheaper than I could obtain locally. Postage was even cheaper!
